Customization & Integrations

The Hellcat is a customizable robotic inspection system designed for extreme environments. It operates in flow conditions up to 5 m/s and is depth-rated to 60 m for submerged applications. Its advanced inspection suite includes dual UT probes with automated calibration, a hydrophone for leak detection and shutdown, and multiple high-resolution cameras. Optional laser scanning with 0.01 mm accuracy enhances precision. This modular platform delivers reliable performance for pipeline inspections, underwater assets, and other complex industrial applications.
